Meet the Staff
Bonnie Depermentier - Owner/Director
"To improve is to change,
to be perfect is to change often"
Welcome, my name is Bonnie DePermentier and I am the co-owner (with my husband Jim) and director of All My Children Learning Center in Souderton, PA. AMC was founded January 5, 1983. I have three grown children, Jessica, Justin, and Jared who I am so proud of as they further their education. Jim and I live in Skippack, PA with our dog Kanye. I am so thankful for a great family who has supported me as I operated my schools. All My Children started out as a group home (caring for 12 children) to operating 3 centers; AMC Franconia, the former The Young and the Restless in Souderton, and the Bold and the Beautiful in Perkasie. AMC is like a soap opera each day. I have 33 years working with children. I have my B.S. in Elementary Education with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and Special Education from Mansfield University and have over 300 hours of training! I have also completed the Director Credentials courses. Being in education you become a life-long learner…I just completed my Child Care Health Advocate certification that will allow me to assist my AMC families with any health issues that may arise with their child. The parents and teachers really partner together for all the children. I have 5 current children enrolled whose mother or father was once enrolled child at AMC. All My Children Learning Center is a STAR-4 site mandated by the Keystone STARS program. I love coming to work each day watching the children grow and learn. I wish you can see the excitement in their eyes when they learn something new or the important work they do as they play with their friends and teachers. Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of your child's early years.
- Jim Depermentier - Owner
Hello! My name is Jim DePermentier (aka: Mr. Jim to the kids) and the other proud "co-owner" of All My Children Learning Center! Along with Bonnie I\'m proud to have raised 3 awesome children; Jessica, Justin, and Jared, all of whom got their start her at AMC. I\'m a graduate of Temple University with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. I\'m also a current licensed Certified Public Accountant. I previously worked as a controller for a nationally known candy manufacturer and for a public relations firm in Center City, Philadelphia. The best decision I ever made was leaving the business corporate world to help my amazing wife and business partner build upon and expand an already successful child care business. I love seeing the excitement on the faces of the children when they have accomplished something together. My main goal each day is to ensure that our staff is prepared with all of the essentials necessary to provide each child with an amazing day!
- Cristina Haralambidis, Assistant Director
Hi! My name is Cristina Haralambidis, All My Children's Assistant Director. I have a duel BA in Psychology and Sociology from the one and only Penn State University. I am also furthering my education at Arcadia University. I have my PA Director's Credentials and will finish the Masters of Education in Early Childhood Education program by December 2016. Before joining the AMC family, I taught in an early childhood setting for over four years. I have experience with every age group; from infants to school agers. I have always worked at a Star 4 level and abide by all DPW regulations. I was born and raised in Philadelphia by my two wonderful parents. I am a first generation American; my mother came to the states from Italy and my father from Greece. I have had the good fortune to be able to travel all over Europe, but have not had the opportunity to visit many places at home in the US. I love to cook and cannot draw to save my life! I promise to take care and preserve the nurturing environment of All My Children Learning Center for your child. I am fortunate to be a member of the AMC team! I am a strong believer in working with parents as teammates in their child's cognitive and social growth. Please feel free to come to me with any questions you have about myself, AMC, or your child's progress. It is my hope that at AMC your child will learn and in the process laugh, make a mess, and have a blast!
